A bit about me:

My name is Neel Punatar.  I operate this site.

I first became a vegetarian around 9th grade 14 years ago.  Although it was not too hard (my parents used to be vegetarians in India and 95% of the time we had vegetarian food anyway). I found it difficult to eat out and eat actual vegetarian food.  Therefore I made this page.

My favorite restaurant : Golden Era Vegetarian (in San Francisco - their fake meat chicken is so real I am not convinced it is not!  I recommend the caramelized “chicken”)

My favorite dish: Either mushroom olive pizza or pani puri (an Indian fast food)
